To make our strong brand even more visible and drive our digital growth, we are looking for you as a Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d). In this key role, you will boost lead generation across all our digital channels, increase our online visibility and translate our strong brand into measurable growth. Working with CRM and marketing automation tools comes naturally to you, and you always keep your KPIs in sight – with the goal of getting better every day.

Your tasks are:

• Build and implement our digital marketing strategy with a focus on lead generation
• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns for key markets and products
• Take responsibility for SEO – including adapting to the changing, AI-driven search behaviour
• Implement and manage a CRM or marketing automation system, including process design
• Act as AI ambassador within the company: monitor trends, share best practices and train colleagues

What we expect from you:

• 3–6 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, focus on SEO/SEA
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar
• Excitement for new technologies & AI as an opportunity for innovation
• Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
• A true team player who enjoys building structures and shaping processes
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus
• analytical mindset, KPI-driven, pragmatic and hands-on
